A calming sky bar with fantastic views of Phnom Penh at night. Good cocktails, we experienced two dwelling signatures plus the whisky bitter, all of which happy. There was a simple listening Filipino band playing, and the band was accepting of song requests. Great for an evening to wind down, with awesome breeze.Stunning bar with Beautiful ambience
